How a card gets there
You pick a card, write a few words and send it by email, or share its link on WhatsApp or anywhere else. The person opens it in their browser - no app, no account. We tell you the moment it is opened.
My card has not been opened
Email takes a moment, and sometimes lands in a promotions or spam folder. If a day has passed, open the card from Me, copy its link and send it another way. The same link opens the same card.
Free and Unlimited
Your first card is free. Unlimited is a subscription bought through the App Store; it renews until you cancel it in your Apple ID settings (Settings, your name, Subscriptions). Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Restoring a purchase
On a new phone, open Me and tap Restore purchases. Unlimited follows your Apple ID.
Deleting your account
Write to hello@merrylet.com from the address you signed in with, and we delete your account, your people and your cards within a few days. Cards already sent stop opening.
