Merrylet is a small studio inside Greetings Island, the team behind greetingsisland.com, where for 25 years hundreds of millions of people have made invitations and cards for the occasions of their lives. Merrylet is what we wanted to make next: a card that does something when it opens.
A paper card has a moment in it.The envelope, the opening, the unfolding, the words inside in someone's hand.
Why we make them
Most e-cards lost that moment somewhere between the attachment and the inbox. Ours bring it back.
Every Merrylet card is designed and built in our studio: pop-ups that stand up off the page and lean as you tilt your phone, little stories that play out scene by scene before your note arrives, cards you tap, pull and shake that answer back. No templates, no stock art. Each one is made for the moment it is meant for.

Our invitation and card maker at greetingsisland.com has been where people went when a birthday, a wedding or a new baby needed something made with care. Merrylet carries the same promise into a new kind of card: made with care, easy to send, lovely to receive, and never a shortcut past the thought behind it.
How a card gets there
Pick a card
Birthdays, thank yous, new babies, the holidays: every card has its own page, and a few words from us on what it does.
Write a few words
Your greeting, your note, your sign-off. The card keeps its own words for anything you leave unsaid.
Send it your way
By email, or share the link on WhatsApp or anywhere else. They open it in a browser, no app, no account, and you hear the moment they do.
Your first card is free. After that, Unlimited is one yearly price for every card, as often as you like.
